EMS 3304 - Foundations in EMS Education
Description
Provides a foundation of the theory and practice of emergency medical services (EMS) education. General concepts such as psychology of learning, learning styles, and barriers to learning are introduced. Other course components include instructional goals and outcomes, curriculum and lesson plans, and various forms of learning aids. Finally, this course reviews adult education, assessment, program administration, and legal aspects of instruction.
