Students Login

Students click the Login button to authenticate using your CSU credentials on Microsoft Entra. This process ensures that your login is secure and that you have access to all the resources provided by Columbia Southern University. By using Microsoft Entra, you benefit from enhanced security features such as multi-factor authentication and single sign-on, which help protect your account from unauthorized access.

Forgot your Password?

Click the Forgot your password? button to start the process of resetting your CSU account password. If you have forgotten your password, this feature allows you to securely reset it by verifying your identity through a series of steps. Once your identity is confirmed, you will be able to create a new password and regain access to your account. This process helps ensure that only authorized users can reset their passwords, maintaining the security of your account.

Reset MFA

Click the Reset MFA button to reset your multi-factor authentication settings with Microsoft Entra. Multi-factor authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring you to verify your identity using a second factor, such as a mobile app or a text message code, in addition to your password. If you need to reset your MFA settings, this feature will guide you through the process of reconfiguring your MFA options, ensuring that your account remains secure while allowing you to access it with updated authentication methods.

Click the Forgot your Username? button to retrieve your CSU account username. If you have forgotten your username, this feature will help you recover it by verifying your identity through a series of steps. Once your identity is confirmed, your username will be provided to you, allowing you to log in to your account. This process ensures that only authorized users can retrieve their usernames, maintaining the security of your account.

Upgrade Your Legacy Account

Click the Upgrade Your Legacy Account button to begin the process of setting up your new secure account, which is now required to log in to the CSU portal. This conversion process will guide you through the steps necessary to create and configure your updated account, ensuring that you have access to the latest security features and seamless integration with CSU's systems. By upgrading to the new account system, you will benefit from enhanced security, improved account management, and a more streamlined login experience.
